Add Photographs to Defects

No Additional Costs

No Restriction on Number of Users

No need to complete findings

At the end of each week or month, you may wish to print out a Summary Report of your findings to establish what repairs need to be carried out. With Inspect.IT you can produce Summary Reports at the click of a button, so there’s no need to sift through hundreds of pages of reports to identify where the problems are.

Create a Detailed Audit Trail

Just by using Inspect.IT you are creating your very own detailed audit trail. Each inspection is securely logged and backed up, providing you with all the protection you need against claims and litigation.

Carry Findings Forward

Sometimes, when playgrounds are inspected on a daily or weekly basis, not a great deal changes. If this is the case, you have the ability to carry your previous findings forward; increasing efficiency and minimising the amount of time required on site.

In the event of a claim

When a claim has been made against your organisation, it is imperative that all inspection reports are readily available. Using our system, you can run a report that will extract all inspections that have been conducted over a specified date period. Once this report has been created, it can be easily converted into a PDF file for onward transmission - ensuring the entire process remains streamlined and paperless from start to finish.
